On September 10, 2021, USCIS announced the automatic extension of the validity of TPS-related documentation for beneficiaries under the TPS designations for El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua, Sudan, Honduras, and Nepal through December 31, 2022, from the current expiration date of October 4, 2021.
Employers should note that these extensions are legally valid for work purposes despite work permits having expired.
