Ms. Lukoschek is a first-generation American. Her father is an immigrant from Germany, and her mother was born in Cuba to Spanish parents. Ms. Lukoschek is proud to be the product of her family’s American Dream.

After more than a decade working in the immigration law departments of two major law firms, Ms. Lukoschek co-founded a boutique immigration law firm in Irvine and helped to grow the firm from 13 to 40 employees in less than one and a half years.

In December 2001, Ms. Lukoschek started a solo practice representing mid- to small-sized businesses, as well as individuals, in matters involving U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. Ms. Lukoschek’s primary focus is in the area of employment-based immigration law, assisting businesses to hire and retain foreign personnel, helping entrepreneurs to invest in the U.S., and providing strategic advice to employers and employees of small, mid-sized and large companies.

Her specialties are E-2, H-1B, L-1 visas and Labor Certification (PERM) applications, as well as high-volume non-immigrant visa processing and I-9 compliance.

Ms. Lukoschek enjoys the challenges and strategic planning involved in the practice of immigration law. She feels personal satisfaction knowing that she is assisting to make someone’s American Dream become a reality.
